Programs

The high-stakes moments, before they count.

Live sessions for the work with no playbook: the pitch, the decision you can't undo.

Like pilots, surgeons, and athletes - the best teams practice under pressure before the stakes are real.

The research

Dr. Lia DiBello's study of 7,000+ participants found scenario-based training accelerates learning by 3-6 months compared to traditional methods.

The more scenarios you've faced, the better your judgment gets.

You don't get that from a lecture.
You get it from having been there before.

The approach

Drills that isolate one thing. Scenarios that put it under pressure.

That's the idea behind Programs.

Six cohorts at a global consultancy scored their program 8.86 out of 10, and gave it an NPS of +65.

Choose your Program

Every program is a run of live sessions, two to two and a half hours each.
Take the whole thing, or just the one session you need.

The Room

CLIENT-FACING SESSIONS

The interactions where the work gets bought, kept, or quietly lost.

Sessions

The pitch

The story they repeat

The review that keeps the account

The Impossible Middle

DECISIONS UNDER PRESSURE

Three people want three different things, and they're all being reasonable.

Sessions

The decision you cannot undo

Saying no to good work

What if six months from now, this failed?

The Other Side

CUSTOMER & CLIENT EXPERIENCE

You find out what your process feels like when someone's already had it.

Sessions

The first five minutes and the last

Where the journey breaks

The handover nobody owns

AI judgment

AI IN THE LOOP

It looked right. It went out. It wasn't.

Sessions

The draft that looks right

The bit you didn't write

Build it, then defend it

Where we've run this

Programs and workshops we've actually delivered, written up in full.

EY wavespace: CX you practice, not attend

Senior EY teams knew CX theory. What they lacked was somewhere to practice it under pressure - so we built it, and moved it onto our own platform.

Publicis Groupe: Leadership Simulation for Global Executives

How we designed an immersive leadership simulation for 400+ Publicis executives - with WhatsApp voice notes, fictional C-suites, and an 89% recommendation rate.

Columbia Business School x DIG: Turning a Founder Talk into a Leadership Lab

A guest founder talk, rebuilt as a ninety-minute live lab: Columbia MBA students working DIG's real challenges - and handing back ideas the founder hadn't considered.

Inside a Program

Every program runs the same shape: brief, drill, play, debrief.

01

Briefing

Setup and team briefing.
02

Primers and drills

Core frameworks, then short drills.
03

Play the Scenario

Step into a simulation.
Make decisions. Live with them
04

Debrief & action planning

Compare outcomes. See what the other teams did. Agree what changes.

What your team actually gets

Skills drill

Short solo reps between the live sessions.
A skills drill on a phone, asking how you would like to answer: by video, audio or text.
A scenario briefing packet: a product spec sheet, a floor plan and a magazine feature.

The briefing pack

Spec sheets, floor plans, press. Whatever the situation would really hand you.

A live session board with a countdown timer, decision cards, a probability grid, and a chart comparing how teams answered.

The live board

Decisions on a clock. Then a look at what everyone else chose.

Skill progress cards showing completion across problem framing, strategic alignment and rapid prototyping.

It stays open afterwards

Drills to run again, and progress the team can see.

FAQ

Can we do just one session?
Yes. Any session runs on its own, and most teams start that way before committing to a full program.
Can you build it around our situation?
Yes, and it is most of what we do. We mix sessions across the four programs, or build new ones from your own cases.
How many people, and how long?
Cohorts of 8 to 24. Each session runs two to two and a half hours.
